The Lydia Simone Company does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Custom Order Payment Policy Update
Effective immediately, all custom order payments must be paid in full before production can begin
To ensure timely sourcing of materials, scheduling, and production of your gown, no work will commence until full payment has been received and processed. This policy applies to all new custom orders placed on or after June 1st, 2026.
Afterpay is available on our website.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide the highest level of craftsmanship and service. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
All custom orders require a non-refundable payment of 100% of your total order to begin production. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
• If you cancel before your deposit is paid in full, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the remaining unpaid deposit balance.
• Deposits, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve your production slot and cover initial material and labor costs.
• Cancellation fees must be paid within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
• Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in denial of future orders.
Deposit & Payment Policy
All deposits and payments made to The Lydia Simone Company are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are made specifically for the custom order in which they were collected and cannot be transferred, applied, or credited toward any future orders, services, or events. Once a deposit is received and your order is confirmed, your payment secures the time, labor, materials, and resources dedicated exclusively to your project. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
Cancellation Policy:
If a client cancels their order, The Lydia Simone Company retains ownership of the unfinished garment. No refunds will be issued for labor or any materials purchased by The Lydia Simone Company.
ALTERATIONS POLICY
We are pleased to offer one complimentary alteration on Lydia Simone garments if requested within 3 business days of delivery.
- Alteration requests must be emailed to orders@lydiasimone.com
- Additional alterations beyond the complimentary service may incur a fee
- Garments must be unworn and in original condition
HOLIDAYS & BUSINESS DAYS
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on or after holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during high-volume seasons.
