Now taking applications for brand ambassadors!
- Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.
- Ambassadors must reside in a location where affiliate/commission-based programs are legally permitted.
- The Lydia Simone Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
2. Program Details
- Ambassadors will receive a unique coupon code providing their followers 10% off select items on The Lydia Simone Company website.
- Ambassadors will earn a 10% commission on the net sales (after discounts, taxes, returns, and shipping costs) generated through their coupon code.
- Commission applies only to purchases made using the Ambassador’s unique coupon code.
3. Payment
- Commissions will be calculated monthly.
- Payments will be made via [PayPal, or store credit) within [15–30 days] after the close of each month.
- A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be met before payment is issued. Unpaid balances roll over to the next month.
4. Ambassador Responsibilities
- Ambassadors agree to represent The Lydia Simone Company in a professional, positive, and authentic manner.
- Ambassadors may promote their coupon code on personal social media, websites, blogs, and in person.
- Ambassadors may not:
- Use misleading claims about The Lydia Simone Company products.
- Engage in spammy practices (e.g., mass unsolicited messages).
- Use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) targeting The Lydia Simone Company brand name without written permission.
- Resell, copy, or alter products for profit outside this agreement.
5. Coupons & Discount Rules
- Coupon codes are valid only for select items chosen by The Lydia Simone Company.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or bulk orders.
- The Lydia Simone Company reserves the right to update or discontinue coupon codes at any time.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- If terminated, commissions for valid sales made before termination will be honored.
- Ambassadors who violate these terms may forfeit unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ambassadors are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use The Lydia Simone Company’s brand name, logos, and product images only for the purpose of promoting their coupon code.
- All rights remain the property of The Lydia Simone Company.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- Ambassadors act as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of The Lydia Simone Company.
- The Lydia Simone Company is not liable for any misrepresentation or unauthorized claims made by Ambassadors.
- This Agreement does not establish any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance
By joining the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
