    If your request is time-sensitive (e.g. needed within 48 hours), a rush fee will apply to cover expedited alterations and shipping.
  3. Security Deposit
    A refundable deposit may be required to protect against damage, excessive wear, or late returns. This is returned once the garment is received in good condition.
  4. Return Policy
    Garments must be returned within the agreed time frame (usually 48 hours after your event). Late returns may result in additional charges.
  5. Care Instructions
    Do not attempt to clean, alter, or tailor the garment. The Lydia Simone Company will handle all post-event cleaning.
  6. Damage or Loss
    Significant damage, stains, or failure to return the garment may result in forfeiting the deposit or being billed for repair or replacement costs.
  7. Alterations for Fit
    Basic temporary alterations may be provided to ensure a proper fit, but the garment must be returned in its original state.
  8. Non-Transferable Use
    The rental is for the individual listed in the agreement only. It may not be lent, sub-rented, or used by another person.
