SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders from The Lydia Simone Company are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
Processing & Production Time
Most Lydia Simone garments are custom-made or made-to-order. Please allow 4–12 weeks for production and processing, depending on the specific item purchased.
Production timelines are listed on each product page and vary based on design complexity, materials, and order volume.
Please note:
- Shipping time begins after production is complete
- Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays
- Production and shipping timelines may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
- USPS Priority Mail delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed by the carrier
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International delivery timelines vary by country and customs processing.
The Lydia Simone Company is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees once the package leaves our facility.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
If your tracking information does not update, please check directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility transfers to the customer.
The Lydia Simone Company is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by USPS or other carriers
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
If your package appears delayed or missing:
- Please file a claim directly with USPS
- Contact us at [email protected] to notify our team
- Allow time for the carrier’s investigation process
INCORRECT ADDRESS & RETURN TO SENDER
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once tracking has been assigned.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed delivery
- Unable to forward
- Return to sender
The customer will be responsible for a $10 re-shipping fee.
A payment invoice will be sent before the order is reshipped.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our garments:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Lydia Simone Company does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- An item is unavailable due to an inventory or production error on our end
ALTERATIONS POLICY
We are pleased to offer one complimentary alteration on Lydia Simone garments if requested within 3 business days of delivery.
- Alteration requests must be emailed to [email protected]
- Additional alterations beyond the complimentary service may incur a fee
- Garments must be unworn and in original condition
HOLIDAYS & BUSINESS DAYS
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on or after holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during high-volume seasons.

Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels their order, The Lydia Simone Company retains ownership of the unfinished garment. However, if the client provided their own fabric, they may pick up the unfinished garment. No refunds will be issued for labor or any materials purchased by The Lydia Simone Company.
