A Custom Order with The Lydia Simone Company is a one-of-a-kind garment designed exclusively for you. Each piece is thoughtfully created to reflect your vision, event, and personal style — with precision craftsmanship and luxury detail.

Investment & Payment Policy

Effective for all custom orders placed on or after June 17, 2026, full payment is required before production begins.

To ensure timely sourcing of materials, scheduling, and production of your garment, no work will commence until full payment has been received and processed.

Afterpay is available at checkout for those who’d like to split their payment over time.

Please note:

• All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of this service.
• Production does not begin until full payment is received.

By submitting your payment, you are confirming your commitment to move forward with your custom design. This is 75% of your total custom order. The remaining 25% is due BEFORE production begins on your custom order. A separate payment link will be sent via email to pay the remaining balance.

Custom Prom Gowns begin at $2,500. Pricing varies depending on fabric selection, hand embellishments, construction details, and overall design complexity.

Payment Processing Fee Disclaimer

All card payments are subject to a standard payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) charged by our payment processor. This fee is non-refundable and will be included in your total. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
